WIFE SEEKS DIVORCE AND $1,000 ALIMONY
After ten years and a day of married life, Mary Roe Neff and Luther I. Neff, North Salem residents, came to a parting of the ways, according to a divorce suit filed by the wife in the local court, Friday. They were married September 28, 1924 and separated September 29 of this year, according to the complaint. The plaintiff alleges cruel and inhuman treatment as the grounds for a divorce.

The plaintiff claims that she should receive $1,000 alimony and ask that the court restore her maiden name, Mary Disney. She also asks for a restraining order preventing the defendant from molesting her or taking her household furnishings from the home and for a temporary allowance of $5 a week until the divorce is granted.
